DID YOU KNOW?

Upon retirement from Rest Haven – York many long- time employees become devoted volunteers to our facility.

Volunteers play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents by assisting with activities such as bingo, and pushing residents in wheelchairs on bus trips to the market or the mall.  Sometimes volunteers simply offer a visit when someone needs a friend.  Volunteers also assist staff in transporting residents (in-house) to the Beauty Parlor and Physical Therapy room.  If you are interested in volunteering at Rest Haven – York, please call Melanie Moore at (717) 843-9866 ext. 250.
